He has a specialist practice in medical cannabis regulation and licensing. He regularly advises individuals and companies in the UK and across Europe on risk management and regulatory interventions.

Nick is an experienced strategic advisor specialising in commercial strategy and marketing. He has advised FMCG corporations, family funds, and VCs on how to navigate and invest in the global wellness industry, as well as cannabis and psychedelic companies on their commercial strategies. He has over 13 years of experience in heavily regulated markets, having previously been the US Director of Marketing for Imperial Brands PLC, a global consumer goods company with a portfolio of next-generation and tobacco products.
